Sound Ceremony for Teams & Events
After years working in robotics and algorithm development, I became fascinated by what happens when highly analytical environments encounter deep listening. Most teams know how to move fast and solve problems. What few experience is the value of a deliberate pause—especially one that's shared.
Sound Ceremony brings that into your event. Not as background music. Not as wellness branding. As a genuine reset for the nervous system and a moment where a room full of people can be present together.
Company Offsites & Team Days
A 15–60 minute session that gives your team a shared experience of deep listening. Works as an opening to align the group's attention before strategy sessions, a midday reset during intense work sprints, or an evening closer that honors the day's work. Especially effective during transitions—mergers, product pivots, or the shift from planning to execution. Teams often report that the shared listening creates an unexpected clarity and cohesion.
Conferences & Innovation Events
A unique program segment that breaks the keynote-panel-coffee loop. Gives attendees a cognitive reset between sessions and creates a space for individual reflection within a collective experience. Particularly resonant at tech, AI, robotics, and startup conferences, where the pace is relentless and depth is valued but rarely scheduled.
Leadership Retreats
An immersive listening experience that creates space for reflection and presence before strategic conversations. Works well as a deliberate pause in the middle of intensive planning days, giving leaders time to shift from transaction to clarity before making large decisions.
Milestone Moments
Product launches, end-of-year gatherings, company anniversaries, successful exits—moments that deserve more than a DJ. A live ceremony marks the moment with intentionality and presence.
Format
- Solo sitar or with percussion (tabla, cello, or other instruments on request)
- 15 to 90 minutes, adaptable to your program flow
- Simple technical setup: 1–2 line inputs, warm calm lighting preferred
- Tech rider available on request
Why It Works Here
Most performers approach corporate events from the outside. My background is in robotics R&D, algorithm design, and work with engineering teams. I understand the cognitive load, the pace, and what it feels like to be in environments where stopping feels impossible. This isn't a wellness pitch. It's built on the understanding that high-performing teams actually need space to integrate, listen, and reset. That's what this experience is designed to create.
