Live Session

JonZ & the Band - Shine | Live at Adda Hills

Acoustic world folk Released

Story

A warm live recording where JonZ turns a song about awakening and togetherness into an intimate hilltop performance with an acoustic ensemble.

Shine feels like a song built for real gathering. The Adda Hills session keeps the production simple and honest, letting the ensemble breathe together in one space while the song's message of awakening and togetherness stays at the center.

The arrangement has an organic openness to it. Contrabass and drums keep the ground steady, accordion brings warmth, and the sitar adds a distinct melodic edge that opens the acoustic palette beyond standard folk instrumentation.

There is also something beautiful in the story around the band itself. JonZ began as a duo experiment and gradually became a wider musical community, and this live session captures exactly that spirit: people listening closely, building something shared, and letting the song lead the room.
